| The motor and/or gearbox of the WindUpKey (hereafter called the “Product”) are warranted by WindUpKey L.L.C. for 6 months from date of purchase and the other materials and construction are warranted for 12 months from date of purchase. Warranty is void if the Product has been subjected to abuse or physically damaged by external means. In the case of needed repair, buyer should contact WindupKey for return authorization under warranty. Return must be made in the original or an equivalent box.
Shipping will be reimbursed in the case of a warranty repair. WindUpKey L.L.C. will repair or replace any defective Product at its option. Any costs associated with removing the Product from the vehicle and/or replacing it on the vehicle are not covered. Repairs or replacements and any associated shipping that are not covered by this warranty will be quoted in advance and must be prepaid. Revised: |
