Another change in status page. I'm now reporting the details of the orders so you can see one of my problems in dealing with a total of at least 40 different combinations of key shape, color, base and motor type. Hard to predict ahead! Actually I have some combinations ready to assemble but they are the wrong color, shape or motor. Actual planned ship dates based on having all the required parts ready to assemble and they are staged for completion.

Table boxes that are green in color are all ready for assembly. Status Codes are as follows:

• C = In Cutting Process
• D = Done
• Dev = In development/design
• P = In Powder Coating Process
• OH = On Hand
• OO = On Order
• Ready = Ready to ship, balance due
• W = In Welding Process

The building process involves a key and a base. Each part must be cut, then welded, then powder coated, and then finally assembled. These are the four main steps for both the key and the base.

The expected date for all parts to be ready for assembly is based on current supplier schedules and does not include the unexpected interruptions from my part-time job, relatives visiting, trips out-of-town, sickness, etc.

Because scheduling can be unpredictable at times, I ask that customers do not send their final payment balance until I send an email with a final payment request. Paying in full does not hurry along my suppliers.....
